BOULEVARD NAMED MASTER PLANNED COMMUNITY OF THE YEAR
Recognized at the 2020 MAME Awards, this new community by Brookfield Residential and Lennar bridges East and West Dublin by combining a progressive urban fabric with suburban ambiance. The dynamic plan contains neighborhoods of contemporary town homes, flats, and single-family detached products, a regional park, elementary school, and community club facility. In addition to designing the Boulevard masterplan, WHA was responsible for designing 6 neighborhoods.
