Architectural 3D Visualization Designer

WHA headquarters office in Newport Beach, CA has an opening for an experienced Architectural 3D Visualization Designer to be working in a full-time position with full benefits. Job Duties

  • Primary responsibilities include creation of conceptual designs as well as 3D visualization. WHA works on a PC platform.

​

  • Assist design teams in creating designs and 3D visualization presentations for various residential product types. Exhibits range from 2D-3D depending on the Client and agency requirements.​​

​

  • Assist design and graphic team members with evolution of the project from concept design, throughout the design process.

​

  • Coordination of projects with help from Project Designers/Manager. Internal review and updates needed for various project milestones, and/ or project evolution for our City / planning submittals.

Salary Range

$75K - $95K

Desired Skills and Experiences

  • Bachelor's Degree or better in Architecture or Art
     

  • Experience working in corporate environment for 2+ years​​

​

  • Sketchup, Lumion and/or other 3D programs. Photoshop, InDesign, and CAD knowledge required
