Graphic Designer
Assist design teams in creating presentation exhibits (black & white and color) for City submittal packages and entitlement packages for various residential product types.
Includes: Creating color floor plans, color site plans and color elevations as well as working with the design teams crafting the visual look for the project.
WHA works on a PC platform.
Job Duties
-
Creating elevations/floor plans/concept site plans for Client meetings and reviews, layout and formatting document with needed information and architectural style callouts.

Create shade and shadow of 2D elevations including color application, coloring site plans/floor plans using Photoshop.

All submittal package documents are created in InDesign.

Assist design and graphic team members with evolution of the project from concept design, throughout the design process.

Coordination of projects with help from Project Designers/Manager.

Internal review and updates needed for various project milestones, and/ or project evolution for our City / planning submittals.

Desired Skills and Experiences
-
2+ years of experience working in corporate environment.

Strong portfolio in digital and hand drawing.

Working knowledge of all CS programs for project deliverables.

Bachelor’s degree or better in related field.

High proficiency in the following software: AutoCAD, InDesign, Photoshop, Word, and Excel

Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CAD knowledge (a plus), Sketch-Up or 3-D rendering programs, PowerPoint, Word.
