Architectural Job Captain

WHA headquarters office in Newport Beach, CA has an opening for an experienced Architectural Job Captain to be working in a full-time position with full benefits. Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare construction document drawings and submittal packages

​

  • Provide support to Senior Planner, Designer, and Project Manager

​​

  • Coordinate with Planner, Designer and Project Manager on the technical aspects of the drawings to complete a package

Salary Range

$75K - $83K

Desired Skills and Experiences

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture

 

  • Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task

 

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe CS, and Microsoft Office

 

  • Experience in Sketch-up a plus

Opportunities 

  • This position will give team member experience in  coordination, planning, and preparation of site plans, design drawings, presentation graphics and construction documents

  • Ability to earn IDP hours and work with licensed Architects to gain experience and hours to become licensed
