THE STORY

For the Rancho Soleo community, our designers achieved three product types – three-story town homes, duplex/triplexes, and detached, single-family homes. Cassis features cluster oriented, single-family homes with 3 – 4 Bedrooms, 2.5 – 3 Bathrooms, a loft, and a two-car garage. Spacious living areas, artistic design elements, and smart features capitalize on healthy living in these new homes. Each design showcases distinctive styles like box-out architecture elements to add differentiation to the elevations from Spanish, Tuscan, and Mission influences. The elements include roof overhangs, gable details, eave detail, window and door trim, window grids, columns/arches, shutters, railing, decorative metal, enhanced sill detail, entry door, and garage doors. Also, the windows were intentionally placed to enhance volume and privacy for residents. These homes provide living solutions equally suitable for young and old.
