THE STORY

For the Rancho Soleo community, our designers produced three product types – townhomes, duplex/triplexes, and detached, single-family homes. Cava represents two- and three-story, courtyard townhomes. Each contains 2 – 4 bedrooms, 2.5 – 3.5 bathrooms along with a two-car garage. These popular designs incorporate outdoor living in various forms, including porches, patios, and decks to provide additional private square footage to each unit. Plans 1 and 4 are two levels of living with high ceilings, open spaces, and flexible floor plans to hold up to three bedrooms. From the front patio entry, plan 2 has a large room that can be used as a den or converted into a bedroom/suite. Plan 3 is the largest with flexible room dimensions that can be personalized to create additional bedrooms or loft space. The architectural styles share common Spanish characteristics to the community as a whole. At a high density, Cava townhomes achieve valued living space and amenities for an affordable housing market.
