Located on a previously well-known but run-down hotel on State Street in the picturesque town of Santa Barbara, Estancia blends modern design aesthetic with the foundation of Santa Barbara history. Spanish Colonial styles embrace the legacy of this beach town while contemporary interiors and fixtures adorn the 72 units. Higher end specs with vast expansive doors, updated appliances and a high-level of detail was emphasized throughout the plans. Multiple building typologies were introduced to help with the shape of the site and aid in product segmentation.
