THE STORY

This award-worthy resident clubhouse was crafted to appeal to multi-cultural families, creating a resort-style environment comprised of several outdoor and indoor gathering choices. The Spanish Romantica style architecture, a nod to the city’s historic past, features simple yet elegant massing and provides quiet, dual use of a great room and meeting rooms, allowing the building to change with the community’s needs.

Integrated site planning, specimen trees transplanted from the site and mature plant materials optimize sun and shade areas. Interiors feature custom terra cotta paver flooring, glass mosaic tiles, rustic wood beams and tongue and groove ceiling details, with a mix of transitional furniture pieces. The adjacent linear trail encourages pedestrian connection within the entire community. The central courtyard, event lawn, free formed pool with lap lanes, lounging trellises, children’s water play zone, private spa area and fire pit offer intimate spaces within an all-age inclusive communal setting.
