Set in a very desirable area just minutes away from the campus and beach, this first phase of a multi-phased development sets the tone for the overall community. This site is adjacent to a natural 10-acre buffer of preserve wetlands and grasslands and offers abundant open space within the twenty-two home community.  It is the first housing project in the University system to receive LEED for Homes certification.

Our designers utilized contemporary architecture with Mediterranean influence to create 8 single family and 14 two-story townhomes nestled in climate appropriate landscape. All homes are designed with an office/study to allow faculty to meet with students and a great room for entertaining. Home features were designed with multiple energy saving features as well as resident desired finishes which include granite countertops, maple wood cabinets, crown molding, and energy star appliances. The community will offer neighborhood amenities such as a fitness clubhouse with swimming pool, family play park, trails and BBQ’s.
