THE STORY

The clubhouse for the community of Rancho Soleo offers a collective space to relax, entertain and interact with neighbors. Spanish colonial architectural details and elements tie into the styles displayed in the residential products. The open floorplan of this one-story clubhouse features high ceilings and large sliding glass doors along the front and back of the building, maximizing the flow between indoor and outdoor spaces. With minimized interior square footage, the inside of the design includes a welcoming foyer, an open great room with comfortable sofas, round tables for dining, and a prep kitchen with a large island, modern appliances, contemporary light fixtures, and bar seating. Stepping outside the glass doors, a covered patio contains additional outdoor lounge seating and tables. A pool stretches along the back of the clubhouse and a large outdoor fireplace anchors the design, backdropped by beautiful views of the Temecula valley.
