THE STORY

A distinctive and innovative transit-oriented neighborhood presents a live-at-home/work-at-home attached design in a village-like setting located conveniently within walking distance of the Santa Ana Train Depot.  The unique positioning of this site artfully defines the “gateway to the city.”  Originally zoned for industrial uses, the site has now been suitably re-zoned for residential, retail, office or other such endeavors.

As you drive through the entrance, you will immediately see the imaginative hardscape lining the vehicular drives, creating a circulation travelway to each residence.  This feature, combined with the uniquely colorful architecture creates a perfect setting for artisans, entrepreneurs and those seeking a special environment for their home-based enterprise.  The units were designed with an open, sophisticated feel and brilliant use of natural light via clearstory and skylights.

This pedestrian-friendly, urban infill community offers five-floor plans, twenty building types and seventeen diverse elevations.  Traditional neighborhoods such as Cannery Row, Carnegie Hall, Greenwich Village and Times Square have influenced the architectural styles.  Square footages range from 1,534 SF to 2,292 SF, including workspaces.  This neighborhood is an exceptional urban opportunity unique to itself.
