Saratoga Estates is a new enclave of seven new custom homes in the exclusive Silicon Valley town of Saratoga. A former vineyard, the six-acre site is one of the last large undeveloped parcels in town. One side of the site is bordered by a creek and several of the lots are elevated and have distant views of the hills to the east. Being surrounded by existing homes made for a challenging but successful entitlement process.

As each of the homes is designed in the Mediterranean style the community will feel like an exclusive neighborhood within the larger area. Each home is custom designed to take advantage of the best features of its site while maximizing privacy. A mix of one and two-story designs the homes feature indoor-outdoor family style living.
