Located in the prestigious city of Palo Alto, University Terrace is a sustainable, pedestrian-friendly, walkable neighborhood with a strong sense of community. Teaming up with Stanford University and Regis Homes, WHA created the overall planning for the community and designed the single family and duplex homes exclusively for eligible faculty of Stanford University.

Using the existing natural aesthetic of the site and the adjacent eclectic neighborhood as inspiration, our designers created 10 different exterior styles that blend in seamlessly. Each home was specifically created for faculty with a strong emphasis on features including: private studies, tech centers and great rooms that maximize natural light and minimize wasteful circulation.

With a variety of styles and sizes, each of the 58 detached and 10 attached homes boasts an open space floor plan, natural light, designer finishes, energy-efficient features, and a two-car garage.
