THE STORY

Ames at Meadows is a well-composed residential community in Chino, CA designed around pedestrian connectivity, livability, and architectural cohesion. The community includes 165 three-story townhomes spanning from 1,453 to 2,214 square feet. Homes are offered across four versatile floorplans ranging from 2-4 bedrooms and 2.5 – 3.5 baths, each featuring an attached two-car garage. The plans are carefully arranged to maximize spatial efficiency, flexibility, and long-term livability through intentional planning and thoughtful layout.

The Ames community is defined by two elevation styles, Transitional Farmhouse and Santa Barbara, distinct in character yet unified through proportion, coordinated materials, and streetscape rhythm. Transitional Farmhouse homes feature cool gray stucco paired with blue siding, articulated white trim, shake profile roofing, and black accents to create a modern, refined expression. The Santa Barbara style is distinguished by white stucco, warm wood-tone trim, terra cotta accents, and S-profile clay roof tiles, offering a timeless regional aesthetic.

Together, these homes are carefully balanced to establish a cohesive visual identity across the Meadows community. Ames draws from Chino’s agricultural heritage while expressing a contemporary, flexible approach to living through architecture, materiality, and urban form.
