Apex introduces 35 three-story townhomes within The District in Milpitas, CA. Homes range from 1,537 to 1,967 square feet, with three floorplans offering 3 bedrooms, 3-3.5 baths, and 2-car garages. Defined by a forward-thinking approach, Apex is an all-electric community that prioritizes sustainability and a healthier, more connected lifestyle.

The architecture features a dynamic composition of forms and materials. A mix of horizontal siding and stucco are paired with grouped windows, paneling, framed segments, and subtle undulating facades create depth and rhythm along the streetscape. Flat roofs and horizonal metal railings reinforce a clean, contemporary aesthetic, while bright color palettes add visual energy and identity.
