Ascend at Mountain Gate is designed for empty-nesters and experienced homebuyers who love the outdoors and want to settle outside of suburbia. Known as the “Crown Jewel of the Inland Empire,” residents can enjoy the breathtaking views Yucaipa has to offer with their homes at the base of the San Bernardino National Forest. The neighborhood features a collection of varied-shaped half-acre lots with extensive front lawns and large RV storage adjacent to the garage to address resident lifestyles.

The homes showcase six universal, modern color schemes that complement the eclectic mix of elevation styles: Farmhouse, Craftsman, and Northern European Cottage. A total of seven one- and two-story plans range from 2,609 to 3,917 square feet. Plans 1, 2, and 3 are single-story residences with the opportunity to add a second floor. The interiors offer 3-4 bedrooms with the primary bed on the first floor, 2.5-2.5 bathrooms, and an option for a California room off of the living space. All plans include a home office and provide the opportunity for a flex space that can be utilized as an extra bedroom for guests, a hobby or a fitness room. Six of the plans also include alternate side entries to the 3- and 4-car garages to further enhance the neighborhood, which was a Yucaipa custom home requirement. The garages allow plenty of space for storage and personal workshops.
