THE STORY
 

Harvest is a community of two-story duplexes and single family homes in the master planned community Village of Rienda. Using the Master Color Palette designed by the WHA Color Studio, the color palette selected for the neighborhood aimed to maintain the essence of The Ranch’s rich history and culture while highlighting the natural beauty of its surrounding open space and ranchlands. The color palettes balance harmony and diversity, defining and enhancing each architectural styles unique characteristics for timeless design. Harvest boasts farmhouse and mercantile elevation styles with 4 floor plans ranging in size from 1,510 – 1,893 square feet. These energy-efficient units offer 2-3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and 2-car-garages. All plans offer a spacious upstairs loft that can be utilized by residents as a workspace or a game room for the whole family to enjoy.
