THE STORY

Introducing Jefferson at Northwest Crossing. These two-story attached duplex homes are designed to provide efficient, attainable living within a thoughtfully planned community. With Farmhouse, Contemporary, and American Foursquare elevation styles, these homes range from 1,690 to 1,827 square feet and include 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and a 2-bay garage. Each plan features first-floor living with access to a side yard and private courtyard, while the upstairs includes secondary bedrooms and a front-oriented primary suite.

Durable factory-finish materials were selected to endure Bozeman’s varied climate, including galvanized steel siding that patinas over time, complemented by natural wood accents that blend with the surrounding landscape. Playful siding and front door hues add variety and richness to the streetscape, contributing to the overall visual diversity of the neighborhood. As part of the 42-acre Northwest Crossing Master Plan, Jefferson homes reflect the project's original intent for attainable housing while adapting to evolving market and design expectations.
