THE STORY

The Jumah Mosque signifies the grand entry to the Bay La Sun village, backdropped by beautiful views of the marina. A pedestrian promenade directs walkers to the Yacht Club, where restaurants and club facilities offer views of the marina, Grand Canal and City. At the heart of the Village is the Grand Plaza. This fantastic people-gathering space is framed with shaded arcades, upscale retail shops, quaint cafés and the Boutique Hotel. Designed with timeless flexibility, the Grand Plaza allows for events and a marketplace atmosphere in a setting of both intimacy and openness. To the east is the 166-room Five Star Boutique Hotel, which has a dramatic stepped building design with up to four levels of rooms over the luxurious lobby. A variety of retail opportunities are included to support both visitors and locals.

The first residential neighborhood of 100 homes is designed with smaller residences targeting young active buyers.  A private spa is offered in this neighborhood as well as lush landscape amenities. The second residential neighborhood is comprised of 120 homes. These residences are larger, exclusive, and family-oriented.  Most of the homes have a shared elevator, giving the residents a private entry to their own lobby. These homeowners will enjoy their own private spa and indoor pool complex. As a result of creative site design, many of the residences have stunning views of the Red Sea, the Grand Canal, the marina and the Grand Plaza
