In the small town of Monte Sereno, off Saratoga Los Gatos Road, WHA collaborated with SummerHill Homes to create a pocket neighborhood of charming homes in a highly desired area. Formerly a motel and local bar, the tight site began redevelopment in 2012 to serve as a location for high-end housing. The new site plan comprised of assorted detached and attached products segmented by size and price to include 21 single-family homes, 7 townhomes, and 8 duets.
