THE STORY

Pinnacle is a strategically designed townhome community located in Milpitas, CA, featuring an innovative combination of 56 row towns and 24 Junior Accessory Dwelling Units (JADUs).  This community provides an astounding 41.67 units per acre on a 2.25-acre infill site previously used for industrial purposes. Designed as four-story units, the project delivers high‑density housing while maintaining efficient and livable floor plans

Though infill sites come with many constraints, the forward-thinking City of Milpitas laid the groundwork for transforming a low-density industrial area into a vibrant, complete neighborhood anchored by the long-anticipated BART extension and it’s VTA connection to San Jose.
