THE STORY

Welcome to Portola Plaza, a dynamic mixed-use community in Clovis, California, featuring two-story apartments, three-story townhomes, and ground-floor retail that energizes the streetscape. Thoughtfully designed floorplans range from 378 to 1,649 square feet, offering options for every lifestyle – from urban flats ideal for car-free living to spacious townhomes with park-facing decks, tech areas, and dual primary suites. Family-friendly two-story apartments include private entry courtyards, one to three bedrooms, and attached garages, while townhomes offer elevated living with direct garage access and flexible layouts.

A central recreation building anchors the community with a leasing office, resident lounge, media center, and detached fitness facility, topped by two additional residences for added density. Guest parking is strategically integrated throughout the site, including on-street, driveway, and head-in spaces.

Portola Plaza’s Progressive Spanish architecture features four-sided design and color-blocked stucco that adds richness and variation to every elevation. Three-story buildings frame the adjacent Loma Vista Park, while corner retail spaces and a grand paseo create seamless connections to the surrounding neighborhood. This blend of residential and retail fosters a lively, walkable environment where community and convenience meet.
