The ten distinct and individual 3-story buildings that comprise the community, sit over (2) levels of secure below-grade parking structure. As a Sustainable “Build It Green” certified project, it also complies with the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program for Federal assistance provided by HUD.

Seven basic 2 and 3 bedrooms plan types range from 802 - 1,232 square feet.
