THE STORY

Our vibrant Affordable and Sustainable housing community includes a combination of 146-stacked flat and townhome residential units. The ten distinct and individual 3-story buildings that comprise the community, sit over (2) levels of secure below-grade parking structure. As a Sustainable “Build It Green” certified project, it also complies with the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program for Federal assistance provided by HUD.

Seven basic 2 and 3 bedrooms plan types range from 802 - 1,232 square feet. Each unit features fully equipped modern kitchens including Energy Efficient Appliances, ceiling fans, air conditioning, cable ready connections in a smoke-free environment and is staffed by a bilingual professional Management Team with 24-hour service.

The Prairie architectural design created by the use of horizontal lines, hipped roofs with broad overhanging eaves, windows grouped in horizontal bands, a stained glass tower element, and an exterior plaster and brick facade, integrates with the surrounding landscape.  Community amenities include an onsite Preschool, a Computer Lab, an after School Program, Tot Lot, a Recreation Building, secured parking, playground, BBQ/Picnic Area, Laundry Facilities, onsite general use trash compactor and will provide the ability to walk to work and school and is close to public transportation.
