Prism single family homes are a modern design solution for small residential lots. These two-story, detached homes optimize square footage and contain open concept living spaces for everyday use. The floorplans are flexible to the lifestyle of its residents with 3 – 5 bedrooms, 2.5 – 3 bathrooms, two car garages, spacious dens and lofts within a span of 1,790 – 2,147 SF. Contemporary elevation styles were curated for each plan, comprising of a modern twist to traditional farmhouse elements: ship lap siding, seamed metal roofing accents and pitched roofing, and also colonial Spanish elements: tile roofing, arched openings and stucco walls.
