The Story

Located in the award-winning River Islands master-planned community in Lathrop, CA, Serena introduces 93 homes ranging from 2,594 to 3,433 square feet, with 4–6 bedrooms and 3.5 to 4.5 bathrooms. Each of the three floor plans emphasizes connection through open, cohesive living spaces while also providing flexible spaces and zones of privacy to support a variety of lifestyles.

Serena is designed to create a seamless connection between the first and second floors while strengthening indoor-outdoor relationships throughout the home. Oversized two-car garages, functional rear yards, and expansive kitchens, great rooms, and dining areas support multigenerational living and the needs of growing families.

The neighborhood offers a rich and diverse streetscape with three distinct styles, California Modern, Modern Farmhouse, and Modern Prairie across 12 curated color schemes. A palette of cooler tones reflects the surrounding water-oriented environment, complemented by a coordinated mix of materials including concrete tile roofing, rectilinear stone, board and batten siding, linear brick, and layered stucco applications.
