A neighborhood of single-family homes in the One Lake master-planned community, Shimmer consists of 60 conventionally plotted, two-story homes featuring contemporary, open plans. Each home offers three-floor plans ranging in size from 2,600 – 3,00 square feet with 2-car garages, standard lofts and/or dens, and optional outdoor rooms.
