These attached, three-story townhomes include mixed-use residential and commercial components, nearby the metropolitan environment of San Francisco. Each dwelling unit is powered by solar energy and contains up to four bedrooms and three bathrooms, along with a two-car garage. This community is walking distance from BART transportation and allows residents space to live and interact outside the urban core. The product also offers a community room for the city at one of the buildings, that is currently under construction and once completed, it will be an attractive amenity. Above the shops and communal amenities, unique two-story floor plans will be accessed through the alley.
Our architects and designers amended the original entitlement of this project started by others to include:
Increased unit widths by 6” to maximize live-ability and achieve a minimum 10’ bedroom dimension.
Adjusted ADA and EV charging spaces on site to follow code requirements and allow for best proximity locations to the associated uses.
Simplified and standardized unit and building types while also allowing flexibility to respond to grading challenges on site.
