THE STORY

This project plans to ignite a thriving and livable community, promoting healthy living, education, opportunity, neighborhood engagement, and connectivity. The community will activate the City’s vision to create vibrant public spaces for Long Beach residents through the partnership of private development with the City, residents, medical centers, and local community groups.

This mixed-use neighborhood connects housing for low-income families and the homeless Long Beach population with ground floor community assets and an engaging outdoor public parklet. The development will also house a new YMCA of Greater Long Beach. This project will begin construction in 2018 and will be complete by the end of 2020.
