THE STORY

Tilden reimagines the potential of infill development with a walkable, design-forward townhome community that strengthens neighborhood identity and fosters meaningful connection. This collection of six-plex, alley-loaded homes is arranged along stub alleys to prioritize pedestrian engagement, with front doors and semi-private courtyards oriented to the street. Landscaped drives and head-in parking create visual openness and rhythm, while select homes include full-length driveways for added flexibility.

Floor plans range from 1,710 to 2,144 square feet, offering 3–4 bedrooms and 2.5–3 bathrooms. Great rooms and kitchens are set on the first floor for entertaining and gathering, while bedrooms, service rooms, and lofts are located upstairs. Plan 4 includes a first-floor bedroom and bath, ideal for multigenerational households or work-from-home needs. End units offer enhanced natural light, storage, and adaptable layouts, with perimeter homes opening to side or rear yards.

Amenities include a pool, park, and restroom building, and are thoughtfully placed at the site’s southern entry to create a welcoming arrival and encourage community interaction. Transitional Farmhouse and American Traditional elevations feature steep roofs, board-and-batten or lap siding, stone accents, and curated color palettes that enrich the streetscape and reinforce architectural integrity.
