THE STORY
 

The West Winds residences of Bozeman, MT are innovative one- and two-story floorplans designed for all types of living. Designed by WHA’s Colors Studio, six bold and vibrant color schemes were incorporated into the contemporary and farmhouse architectural style homes. Natural wood beam posts installed at the front entry points relate to surrounding local home exteriors. The three plans ranging in size from 1,680 – 2,665 square feet include 3-4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and 2-car garages.

At Residence One, residents are greeted with an 8-foot-tall front door with frosted glass panels that leads to the foyer area. The height of the entry door is carried throughout the one-story home, creating a spacious open concept living area and pathway to the bedrooms. With all bedrooms upstairs along with the loft and laundry room, Residence Two is perfect for those looking to entertain guests downstairs with an open floor plan that opens to a back porch. The largest of the plans, Residence Four features a private guest suite with a ¾ bath with separate entry points on the first floor along with a spacious great room featuring a cozy fireplace, large kitchen island, and breakfast nook. A large pantry opens to the oversized garage where residents can park 3 cars or utilize the additional space as a work area. All bedrooms are located upstairs with a large loft area that can be converted to a fifth bedroom.
