THE STORY
The Great Park Neighborhoods features a contemporary collection of stacked flats and townhomes in Dawn at Solis Park. Utilizing the Master Color Palette designed by the WHA Color Studio for District 5, the colors and materials define and enhance the architecture by pairing bolder hues on the horizontal lap siding with the neutral tones of the wood and stone accents for a balanced building appearance.
Seven spacious designs aim to attract a variety of buyer lifestyles from young professionals to growing families, to retirees. Single-level flats maximize the footprint with a seamlessly integrated great room, kitchen, and dining area. Plans 1, 2, 3, and 7 make indoor-outdoor living and entertaining simple with access to a covered deck through sliding glass doors. Depending on whether the plan includes one or two bedrooms, the rooms are placed on opposite ends of the home to offer privacy for the primary suite. The two-story design of Plans 4 and 5 includes the communal spaces on the first floor with the primary and secondary bedrooms on the second floor. As for Plan 6, a two-bay garage occupies the first level of the three-story home while the second floor features an open-concept great room and secondary bedroom suite ideal for guests. Upstairs, two more bedrooms surround a versatile loft, including the owner’s suite.
Solis Park, which is Latin for “sun,” truly emphasizes outdoor living with private community pools and spas, a covered outdoor lounge, parks, playgrounds, an outdoor fitness and training area, sand volleyball courts, and even a community garden to foster a healthy lifestyle. Within Great Park Neighborhoods, residents also have access to a network of trails, amenity centers, and top-rated schools. The power of community is visible within Solis Park – fostering connections between neighbors, the land, and the adjoining parks.
