THE STORY

The Great Park Neighborhoods is host to Summerstone at Solis Park, a collection of duplex flats featuring two unique designs up to 2,995 square feet. The residences in Irvine, CA, celebrate a range of colors specific to the elevation styles of Modern, Contemporary, and Prairie. Bright, cool toned stucco complements the warm wood siding and door colors to create a balanced streetscene utilizing the Master Color Palette designed by the WHA Color Studio for District 5.

The spacious single-level footprint of Plan 1 connects the living, kitchen, and dining area adjacent to a covered patio for ease of family living and entertaining. The primary suite is a restful oasis for residents in the back of the home while two secondary bedrooms are located on the opposite end. The entry off the two-car garage of Plan 2 leads upstairs to an open-concept great room with sliding glass doors opening to a covered deck. Three bedrooms, including the primary suite, are located down the hallway from the main living area. The design of Plan 2X lives like a two-story home with the main living area, covered patio, primary suite, and two additional bedrooms located on the first level. Upstairs lies a fourth bedroom along with a bonus room that leads to a covered deck overlooking Solis Park.

Solis Park, which is Latin for “sun,” truly emphasizes outdoor living with private community pools and spas, a covered outdoor lounge, parks, playgrounds, an outdoor fitness and training area, sand volleyball courts, and even a community garden to foster a healthy lifestyle. Within Great Park Neighborhoods, residents also have access to a network of trails, amenity centers, and top-rated schools. The power of community is visible within Solis Park – fostering connections between neighbors, the land, and the adjoining parks.
