THE STORY

Blueprint delivers high-density housing in Santa Clara at 25.5 dwelling units per acre on 1.88 acres. With 48 residences across three distinct building types, the development offers a diverse mix of live/work units, flats, and townhomes to accommodate a range of lifestyles.

Building A, a four-story, elevator-served structure, features 26 units, including six live/work residences at street level, eight one- and two-bedroom flats, and twelve two-story townhomes. Designed with a modern loft aesthetic, it incorporates polished tile, metal awnings, and natural stone details for a refined, contemporary look. Two eight-unit, interlocking three-story condominium buildings (Building B) offer 3- to 4-bedroom homes with attached two-car garages and private balconies, fronting the community park. Building C, a four-story, six-unit condominium, features stacked flats and townhomes, each with three bedrooms, tandem garages, and raised stoop entries for enhanced privacy.

Designed for professionals, families, and businesses, the community integrates urban connectivity with contemporary design. A successful collaboration with city planning and neighbors helped overcome zoning constraints, setting a benchmark for smart growth. Thoughtful massing, diverse materials, and articulated architecture create a cohesive yet dynamic neighborhood, exemplifying modern high-density development.
