CASE STUDY

RIVERSTONE

Rising from a patchwork of orange, pistachio, almond and olive trees in southeast Madera County set before Sierra Nevada views, Riverstone is a 2,000-acre master-planned community where people of every generation enjoy the relaxed and informal spirit of the Golden State.

" Envisioned by WHA’s Community Planning & Design. "

Riverstone’s big ideas - which was inspired by its surrounding agrarian lands - is to celebrate the unique and endearing California lifestyle that’s woven all throughout the Central Valley in towns like Madera, Fresno and Clovis. Our creative work contributed to Riverstone’s recognition as the NAHB’s 2018 Master-Planned Community of the Year.

BOULEVARD

When you hear the word, you imagine the place. Boulevards are paved with action, street cred and constant motion from one spot to the next. It’s where synergy emanates from every surface, pulsating with a mix of free thinking, artistic expression and fresh perspectives.

" This sense of urban–framed in a suburban setting–lives at the core of Boulevard. "

Merging urbanity with the intimacy of a genuine neighborhood experience, this one-of-a-kind northern California master-planned community reflects the evolving dynamics of Dublin and the Tri-Valley area with a rich offering that brings forward all the elements of a great place—transit, residential diversity, social spaces and parks. Bold, vibrant and engaging with undeniable verve, Boulevard is the path to what’s next.
