Caspian at The Farm is a collection of 96 farmhouse single-family two-story residences ranging in size between 2,475 and 2,682 square feet. The 3 plans located in San Juan Capistrano, CA, feature architectural styles of Farmhouse, San Juan Farmhouse, and Contemporary Farmhouse. Modern schemes complete with brighter stucco, brick and stone accents provide a unique style to the neighborhood of farmhouse exteriors. All homes are complete with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and an open concept living, dining, and kitchen area on the first level that leads to the California Room for seamless indoor-outdoor living and entertainment.
