THE STORY

Easton at Meadows is a well-composed residential community in Chino, CA designed around on connectivity, livability, and architectural cohesion. The community includes 111 duplex and triplex homes ranging from 1,526 – 1,994 square feet. Homes are offered across three versatile floor plans ranging from 2-3 bedrooms and 2.5-3 baths, each featuring an attached two-car garage. The plans are carefully organized to support comfortable, flexible living and efficient use of space.

The Easton community is articulated through three distinct elevation styles, Traditional, Colonial Monterey, and Santa Barbara, each unique in expression yet cohesively unified through proportion, material palette, and streetscape rhythm. Traditional homes are defined by natural warm-toned stucco complimented by white trim details. Colonial Monterey introduces a slightly warmer composition, pairing white stucco, soft warm gray secondary body colors and wine-toned front door accents that reference the red undertones of brick detailing. The Santa Barbara style features white stucco accented with wood-tone trim and terra cotta detailing, offering a timeless, regionally inspired character.

Together, these homes establish a cohesive visual identity across the Meadows community. Easten draws from Chino’s agricultural heritage while expressing a contemporary, flexible approach to living through architecture, materiality, and urban form.
