THE STORY
Introducing Edgeway, an urban infill mixed-use development located in Downtown Bellflower. This project is a result of a successful private-public collaboration with the City of Bellflower and Serrano Development Group. Together, we have created an apartment complex that revitalizes the downtown area. Spanning a full block, Edgeway consists of 4 buildings, a parking structure, and has transformed an existing grocery store into street front retail. The architecture features corridors that break up the building's structure, complemented by color blocking and diverse materials, giving the site a historical aesthetic that honors the rich background of the surrounding downtown.
Edgeway offers three floorplans ranging from 652 to 1,289 square feet, with options for 1-3 bedrooms, 1-2 baths, and an office space. Residents can enjoy open-concept living and take in views of the downtown or pool area from their balconies, depending on the unit's orientation. To enhance the living experience, Edgeway provides a variety of amenities designed to serve as renter incentives for market-rate apartment living including a resort-style pool and spa, fitness center, rooftop terrace, dog run, business center, and a clubhouse with an adjoining private dining and TV lounge, podcast room, and spin studio.
