THE STORY
 

The Lakeview Clubhouse anchors the Del Webb at River Islands community in Lathrop, CA, serving as the social and recreational hub for its 55+ residents. Spanning nearly 14,000 square feet, the clubhouse features a state-of-the-art fitness center, resort-style pool, pickleball and tennis courts, flexible multipurpose gathering rooms, a dog park, firepits, and a variety of outdoor amenities.

A defining feature of the design is the grand, light-filled entry, where expansive windows and a large sliding glass opening frame unobstructed lake views. Architecturally, the clubhouse offers a modern interpretation of board-and-batten style, complemented by standing seam metal roofs for a clean, contemporary look.

Nearby, the sales pavilion echoes the same architectural language and is oriented with views toward the clubhouse and the lake beyond, creating a cohesive and visually connected community experience.
