THE STORY
 

Parkside at McCormick Village provides two-story single family homes in the foreground of the Olympic Mountains. Hip, Shed, and Modern Farmhouse architecture styles boast fresh color schemes that complement the natural setting. With floor plans up to 3,940 square feet, the homes include volume entries, 4-6 bedrooms, 3-4 bathrooms, and 2-3-car garages.

To target growing families and move-up buyers, designs feature mud rooms, walk-in pantries, spacious primary bedrooms with corner orientations, lofts, offices, centrally located upper-level laundry rooms, and rear-covered porches with sliding doors to offer indoor-outdoor living opportunities. Lower-level guest suites allow the flexibility to host short- or long-term guests. Plan 1’s corner lot design offers a wrap-around front porch, a private guest suite situated in the back of the first floor, and a rear yard. Plan 2’s dedicated home office is adjacent to the foyer and has a backyard-oriented great room and kitchen.
