THE STORY
 

Situated on a single loaded street at the base of a canyon, these single-family homes offer strong, mid-century modern architecture with massing, glazing and sloping roofs to create dynamic elevations. Designed to provide solutions for excessive heat, the plans include covered outdoor lounges for residents to escape the heat while enjoying the fresh air. Plans 3 and 4 feature entry courtyards, creating a privacy point for the resident. In plan 3 there is an optional super lounge, equipped with a sink and fridge, creating a second entertaining space separate from the great room.
