Located in a new and vibrant master plan community, our designers aimed to break the mold of a typical 3-story single family home. Incorporating strategic massing and a variety of materials gives a traditional layer of comfort over the progressive boutique home. Located on a very small lot with only 8 feet between each house, special attention was paid to maximizing the window size/count to bring in natural light and ventilation throughout the home.

This 2,511 square foot plan was designed with the evolving young family in mind and includes a high bedroom count and 3rd story bonus room, which offers the opportunity to grow and expand. The first floor contains the kitchen, dining room and great room – which creates a natural flow and environment for entertaining and daily life. The second floor offers a large master bedroom with a spa bathroom and bedroom 2,3, and 4. Situated at the rear of the house, the 3rd story bonus room is the perfect retreat room.
