THE STORY

Sawyer at Bedford delivers traditional single-family living within a walkable, design-forward community that blends architectural charm with modern flexibility. Located in Corona, California, this collection of 59 front-loaded, two-story homes features three floor plans with three distinct elevation styles: Transitional Spanish, California Bungalow, and Transitional Farmhouse. Each design expresses a curated style palette that enhances the traditional architecture and enriches the neighborhood streetscape through rich, earthy tones that accentuate wood, stone, and shingle details, grounding the residences in their natural surroundings.

With millennials, young couples, and growing families in mind, each footprint is crafted with extra space and room to grow ranging from 2,707 to 3,036 square feet and offering 4-5 bedrooms and 3-3.5 bathrooms. Great rooms and kitchens are located on the first floor for entertaining and connection, while bedrooms, laundry, and bonus spaces are thoughtfully placed upstairs. Plan 1 includes a first-floor ensuite that flexes to a home office or fitness room, while Plan 2 features a front bedroom and bath ideal for guests or multi-generational living. Plan 3 adds a formal dining room with optional sliding doors to a covered patio, plus a tech space and second walk-in closet for added flexibility.
