THE STORY

Set within the Rienda village of Rancho Mission Viejo, Sunflower is a collection of 90 homes ranging from approximately 1,568 to 2,357 square feet. Offering five distinct floor plans with 2 to 4 bedrooms and 2.5 to 3.5 baths. The neighborhood presents a mix of duplex and single-family detached residences designed to accommodate a variety of lifestyles and household needs.

Primarily composed of two-story duplex homes and complemented by a select number of three-story detached residences, Sunflower blends innovation and attainability with architectural character.

Three thoughtfully curated architectural styles, Farmhouse, Prairie, and Ranch Monterey, create a strong neighborhood identity while ensuring a cohesive and visually engaging streetscape. Across all floor plans, open-concept layouts, generous living areas, and seamless indoor-outdoor connections support comfortable, flexible living.

A defining feature of the community is its reciprocal use of side yards, which transform the space between homes into functional outdoor living environments. By providing residents with access to the full width of these shared side-yard spaces, Sunflower expands opportunities for entertaining, recreation, and everyday enjoyment.

Sunflower delivers many benefits traditionally associated with single-family living while achieving higher density and improved affordability, creating a neighborhood that balances design, functionality, and value.
