THE STORY

Gallatin at Northwest Crossing features two-story small lot single-family detached homes designed to maximize livability on a more compact footprint. Offered in Farmhouse, Contemporary, and American Foursquare styles, these homes range from 2,041 to 2,338 square feet with 4–5 bedrooms, 2.5–3 baths, and a 2-bay garage. Floor plans emphasize first-floor living oriented toward small rear yards, with upstairs bedrooms and, in select plans, a loft space for added flexibility.

Durable factory-finish materials, including galvanized steel siding that patinas over time, standing seam metal roofs, and fiber cement siding and trim, ensure the homes are built to withstand Bozeman’s changing climate while complementing the natural surroundings. Natural wood accents paired with vibrant siding and front door colors introduce contrast and variety, creating a dynamic streetscape across the community. As part of the 42-acre Northwest Crossing Master Plan, Gallatin represents a continued commitment to delivering diverse, attainable housing in response to Bozeman’s evolving market needs.
