THE STORY

Madison at Northwest Crossing features two-story, alley-loaded single-family homes offered in three thoughtfully designed floor plans ranging from 1,810 to 2,402 square feet. With elevations in Farmhouse, Contemporary, and American Foursquare styles, each home incorporates durable factory-finish materials suited for Bozeman’s climate, including galvanized steel siding that patinas over time and natural wood accents that ground the architecture in its Montana setting.

The homes include 3–5 bedrooms, 2.5–4 baths, side yards, and covered entries, with flexible layouts that support modern lifestyles such as home offices, first-floor guest suites, and open-concept living areas. Vibrant siding and front door colors play off the natural tones of the surroundings, contributing to a dynamic and varied streetscape. As part of the 42-acre Northwest Crossing Master Plan, Madison reflects the community’s original vision for attainable housing while responding to evolving market preferences and design expectations.
